To Mountain Cooperation
Welcome
to the Mountain Partnership e-consultation on "Mountain
to Mountain Cooperation: Sustainable Use of Biodiversity,
including
Genetic Resources,
in the Andes and the Himalaya" slated for June 12-30,
2006 and managed by the Mountain Forum Secretariat in
association
with the Mountain Partnership Secretariat, the Himal-Andes
Initiative, the International Centre for Integrated Mountain
Development (ICIMOD) and the Asia-Pacific and Latin-American
nodes of Mountain Forum.
This e-consultation
is open to all the members of the Mountain Partnership,
including the Andean Initiative and the Himalayan Hindu-Kush
(HKH) Initiative Groups of the Mountain Partnership. The
e-consultation is also open to Mountain Forum members and
partners of Mountain Forum provided that they express an
interest in participating by registering first. Please use
the Register link at the left of this page to do so at your
earliest convenience.
We hope that
this three-week dialogue will be a valuable platform in
which partners can exchange experiences and lessons learnt,
identify future areas of collaboration, and work toward
concrete action across regions.

de Montanas, incluyendo los miembros de a Iniciativa Andina
y la iniciativa Hindu-Kush (HKH) de la Alianza. Esta consulta
electrónica también esta abierta a los miembros
del Foro de Montanas y los socios que expresen su interés
en participar registrándose a través del formulario

Esperamos que este dialogo de tres semanas será una
