Biography:
I am a Senior GIS Analyst at USAID's Office of Science and Technology GeoCenter. I joined the GeoCenter in July 2012. I have a B.S. in Geology and M.S. in Soil Science from Penn State University. I have an extensive work experience in a cooperative extension program focusing on bringing geospatial and agricultural technology to rural populations throughout the United States. He also headed a study for two years to compare the local and global climate impacts of restoring wetlands in coastal areas of the Chesapeake Bay.
