Biography:
Vijay Kumar Sharma is presently working as a Project Officer in the Institute of Integrated Himalayan Studies, UGC Centre of Excellence, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. His area of specialization is rural sociology, folk medicine and indigenous knowledge. Presently, he is perusing his Doctoral research. He has been involved in various research projects of the Institute funded by UGC and other funding agencies. He has published his papers in numerous journals of repute.
