The primary mission of SEEDS is to continuously and consistently identify unused, misused, mismanaged or overlooked natural and human resources that are available to the Tajik people and then to develop enterprises, projects or other mechanisms that will realign and utilize these resources in an appropriate manner. Properly managed these resources will result in positive and long term economic growth and long term ecological stability.
