Sierra Nevada Alliance

The Sierra Nevada Alliance works to protect and restore the natural resources of the Sierra while promoting sustainable communities. We have over 80 organizations in our network. The Alliance works to build the capacity of our individual member groups and unites efforts together to be a regional force for sustainability. Major program focuses are on watershed stewardship, smart land use planning, adaptation to climate change while reducing emissions, and water policy.
