Mountain Forum Annual Report 2003

The 2002 has been one of significant change and achievement for the Mountain Forum. Recruiting and training new staff, consolidating the global secretariat functions in Kathmandu, and developing arrangements to support the global Mountain Partnership were among the highlights of a full and successful year.

Selected by the Board od Directors through competitive international competition, Mr. Layton Montgomery joined the Mountain Forum as a new Executive Secretary in March 2003.
