Mountain Academy Nepal

Parbatiya Parchkshan Partisthan Bikash Samiti is the name of this office and in english we prefer Mountain Academy Nepal, which is a wing of the Ministry of culture, tourism and civil avaiation. It is the government body for the development of mountain tourism and sustaibable mountain tourism and it focuses mainly on mountains study, mountaineering training, mountain culture through establishment of mountaineering training center in Solukhumbu - Garma. In Garma, Solukhumbu there are about 150 hactors land, purchasing from the land owners. In this area, our aim is to establish the mountaineering school, establish culture heritage, mountaineers memorial park, tea plantation and green and various tree plantation and preservation. Beside that we can do many programs in the himalayan regions.
