International Organization for the Protection and Welfare of Squirrels

A non-profit, environmental organization for the protection and welfare of Squirrels, which was formed in recognition and appreciation of squirrels' major contribution in developing and maintaining earth's forests ,over a period estimated between 33 to 35 millions years, with their innate skill of burying the nuts at the optimum level in soil, so the nut can germinate and grow in a tree.

Their mission are

* to advance the general knowledge about this species by : education, research and work with governments, policy makers and general public.

* to create a friendly environment for Squirrels in areas where their habitate interfere with humans by finding solutions of peaceful co-habitate between humans and Squirrels.

* to advocate in Squirrels' behalf and undertake activities that contribute at increasing their protection and overall welfare.
