ICIMOD Digital Photo Contest - Facebook Voting for People's Choice

Just over a month after launching the ICIMOD Digital Photo Contest on ‘Water and Life’, we received nearly 3,000 entries from across the region covering the three categories. 

A panel of judges has already selected the ‘best’ photo overall, first runner-up, and second runner-up, which will be announced on World Environment Day 5 June 2013.

The next top 30 entries (10 from each category) shortlisted by the same panel will now be subjected to voting on the ICIMOD Facebook page from 28 May to 3 June 2013 to determine the People’s Choice photo from each category. The photo from each category with the most ‘likes’ on the ICIMOD Facebook page will be declared the winners. The results of the Facebook voting will also be announced on 5 June 2013.
