ICEPH - Instituto Cordillerano de Estudios y Promoción Humana

ICEPH is a non-governmental technical and professional team engaged in designing, drawing up and carrying out projects aimed at improving the life quality and habitat conditions of popular sectors with the overall goal of strengthening the civil society and the applicability of social rights. Its central office is in Bariloche, in the Argentine Patagonia. Since its foundation (1986) ICEPH has designed, managed and carried out several programs, projects and actions in the framework of local and rural development and the strengthening of civil; popular communication; training of peasant women; actions in defence of the environment and in favour of regional integration; distance learning for the strengthening of community and civil organizations.
