Human Development International was founded in April 1, 1993. A non-political, non-sectarian, non-profit and service oriented institution mandated to carry out programs that put people as the central focus and ultimate end in development.HDI, for short, was established by Mr. John Ryan Largo during his years at the United Nations and its other institutions.
