Climate Reality Leadership Trainings in Chicago and Istanbul in 2013

The Climate Reality Leadership Corps is excited to share with you news about Climate Reality's Leadership Corps trainings. With their Chairman, former Vice President Al Gore, they are pleased to announce a U.S. training in Chicago July 30 - August 1 to train new Climate Leaders volunteers from the U.S. and Canada and an Istanbul, Turkey training on June 14 - 16 focused on training volunteers throughout Europe, Central Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so if you are interested, please apply sooner rather than later.

This year's trainings will focus on engaging strategic communities as climate leaders, to prepare them to speak effectively about climate change to audiences of all kinds.  We will integrate communications, organizing and social media into that latest climate science to empower 1,000 new climate leaders at each training. This is a fantastic opportunity to empower your best volunteers, new members, partners and staff on effective climate communication and help to build strong local networks to affect change.(Attached is additional info on the trainings.)
