Assemblée Pyrénéenne d'Economie Montagnarde

APEM is a non governmental structure with two main missions: to build and animate an observatory of the French-Spanish Pyrenees, using System of Data Infrastructure through different themes (agriculture, economy, forests, climate change, territories...) and to enforce the network of the Pyreneean development actors in order to defend the mountain policies at local, regional, national and European scales.
